The Thompson Draw II Homeowners Association (HOA) Board is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and long-term stewardship of the community. The Board ensures that shared spaces are well-kept, community standards are upheld, and residents enjoy a safe, welcoming, and connected environment.

Oversee the administration and financial health of the HOA.

Approve and manage the annual budget, assessments, and community expenses.

Enforce community rules and regulations fairly and consistently.

Maintain common areas, including roads, water systems, and recreational facilities.

Organize and facilitate community meetings to promote transparency and homeowner engagement.

Architectural Review Oversight – Review, approve, or reject all architectural modification requests submitted by homeowners. The Board may also consult with residents to ensure proposed changes align with community guidelines and maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of the neighborhood.
